As cycles come to a close, it can feel like a death, because in many ways it is. Some strong examples include a career ending, a relationship coming to a close, financial crisis, sickness, or a loved one passing on.

When a cycle is ending, this is when the subconscious mind and negative ego (which I talk more in depth about in Empower Thyself) can really rear its head with fears and doubts, because of the unknown of what would life be like- without that person, that job, the money, or good health.

Approaching the unknown can be scary, but what helps when you approach, say, a dark room? You bring in Light. That moment the flashlight goes on, or the light switch is flipped- what happens next? You can breathe deeper, even if you’re still unsure of the situation.

So, how do you bring Light into your life? You embody more light.
